Interpolating An Object

INTERPOLATION
↓
I was introduced to interpolation used in generative art through a talk by engineer Golan Levin. A computer can blend two facial expressions from the same person to generate a third, intermediate expression. The result is a mixture of the initial two experiossn. This intermediate expression did not exist before.

HOW DOES THIS RELATE TO DRAWING
?
Most drawings are not perfect replicas of their subjects — they exist somewhere between reality and interpretation. Drawing often produces forms that lie between observation and execution. These "in-between" moments appear when technical ability falls short of perception or when drawing becomes more relaxed. They are what give drawings character and can become a source of inspiration.
